Role models play a crucial role in shaping the behavior, aspirations, and values of the new generation. Scientific research has highlighted the importance of positive role models in various domains, including career choices, personal development, and moral values. Here, we will explore the effects of a good role model in different careers, with a special focus on the life and contributions of Dr. Mahmood Shahcheraghian. Choosing a role model in your career after graduation is of utmost importance. A role model serves as a guiding light, providing inspiration, motivation, and valuable insights into the profession one has chosen. Having a role model can help you navigate the complexities of your career, make informed decisions, and set meaningful goals.
